E-Mail Whitelists

An e-mail whitelist is a list of contacts that the user deems that the e-mails from which are acceptable and should not be blocked or sent to the junk/spam folder, and in other cases the trash.
Internet service providers (ISP) have whitelists that they use to filter e-mail to be delivered to their user accounts.  Legitimate companies contact the ISP and request them to add the companies domain(s) to the whitelist companies.  Although using whitelists can assist in accepting wanted e-mails and blocking unwanted, the service is not perfect.
To help assist you in receiving e-mails from GoMyTEAM®, below are instructions for adding @gomyteam.com to your internet service providers (ISP) whitelist.
AOL
For AOL account users
AOL Version 8.0:
1.  From the mailbox screen, click on the "Mail Options" drop down menu.
2.  Click on "Address Book.
3.  Click "Add Contact" button
4.  Enter the domain @gomyteam.com in the screen name field.
5.  Click the "Save" button.
AOL Version 9.0
Follow the steps from AOL Version 8.0.  At step 3 click the "Add" button.
YAHOO!
Yahoo! mail uses combination of bulk mail folders and filters.  If not receiving e-mails from @gomyteam.com check your "Bulk Mail" folder.  
1.  Select the @gomyteam.com e-mail.
2.  Click "This is not SPAM", next to the "From" field.
MSN/HOTMAIL
If you use MSN or Hotmail as your e-mail provider use the intructions below to add the @gomyteam.com to the safe list.
1.  Click on "Mail" tab.
2.  Click on "Options" on the right of the tab bar.
3.  Click on "Junk E-mail Protection" option.
4.  Click on "Safe List" option.
5.  Add the domain address @gomyteam.com to the safe list.
G-MAIL
Google e-mail (G-mail) uses a spam folder.  If not receiving e-mails @gomyteam.com check your "SPAM" folder.
1.  Click on "SPAM" folder.
2.  Select the @gomyteam.com e-mail.
3.  Click the "Not Spam" button.
Other e-mail providers and software programs
There are many other e-mail providers and software programs available.  Each with its own way of handling JUNK/SPAM emails.  If you have an e-mail provider or software program that is not listed here, please refer to your providers or software programs help content to allow @gomyteam.com e-mails.
