Published: November 27, 2005 | Updated: July 25, 2006

This document provides instructional information on how to properly install the USB drivers required if using a USB data cable.
USB Data Cable Requirements
The current version of USB drivers are support by the following Windows operating system platforms:
  • Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition (SE)
  • Microsoft Windows Millinium (Me)
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
  • Microsoft Windows XP
  • All other Windows platforms do not support the USB driver.
    USB Driver Installation
It is important that before starting the installation of the USB drivers that the USB data cable is NOT connected to the computer until instructed.  Having the USB data cable connected to the computer may cause the USB drivers to install incorrectly or become corrupted.
Also, DO NOT use a USB hub.  A phone connected to a USB hub will not communicate correctly.  When instructed, make sure the phone is connected directly to the computer.
    Installation instructions:
    1.
Start the USB Driver Installation Wizard located on the desktop or under the GoMyTEAM® Software folder on the startmenu programs menu.  If unable to locate the driver installation wizard download the latest USB drivers here.
    2.
Once the driver installation wizard has been started just follow the on-screen instructions.
    3.
When prompted by the installation wizard, power on the phone and connect the USB data cable to the phone.  Then connect the USB data cable to the computer.
    4.
The installation wizard will now install the USB drivers to the computer.
    5.
When the installation is complete, USB connection support is ready.
